How much of my donation goes to the cause?
We are committed to transparency and accountability. 85% of every donation goes directly to our programs and services, while 10% goes to administrative costs and 5% to fundraising. We are rated as a 4-star charity by Charity Navigator and welcome questions about how your donation will be used.
Are donations tax deductible?
Yes, all donations to our organization are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. After making a donation, you will receive an automatic receipt that you can use for tax purposes. For donations over ₦250, a written acknowledgment will be sent as required by the IRS.
What volunteer opportunities are available?
We offer various volunteer opportunities including administrative tasks, event planning, teaching, construction work for housing projects, and special skills-based volunteering.
